A quick one, only 3 balls of yarn used and a couple of movies watched, and it’s done. Another layer over a jacket, a bulky neck/shoulder warmer, and even a hooded cowl. The process is mostly mechanical and meditative with only a bit of counting involved.
The yarn I used was Alpaca Tweed Chunky by StyleCraft with a 8 mm / US#11 circular needle. The yarn was nice (a bit hairy due to the alpaca content but I didn’t mind), easy to work with, and what I loved the most was the color. A deep ocean aqua blue, pleasantly desaturated and stylish.
I enjoyed wearing it no less than knitting. My friend Nataly took some quick picks of myself wearing it and we both liked the result. Yep, it’s me as the model this time 🙂
